  • Pronate more than 45°

  • DC’s thigh to patient's hip
  • Weight on superior foot
  • Stabilize patient into the table
  • Back straight
  • Forearm in L.O.C.
  • Superior hand stabilizes over clavicle
  • Lean into body drop
  • Either side up
