  • Straddle patient’s bent knee

  • DC’s hip to patient’s hip

  • Weight on superior foot

  • Stabilize patient into the table

  • Back straight

  • Forearm in L.O.C.

  • Superior hand stabilizes anterior shoulder

  • Lean into body drop

Locating Mammillary for PR-M
SCP
  • Opposite S.P. laterality on high mammillary

  • Contact Point. = #1 fleshy pisiform

  • Contact Hand =  Inferior Hand

  • Fingers parallel to spine, pointing superior

  • I ®  S(L1,  L2)

  • S ®  I (L4, L5)

  • Thru disc plane line

  • Torque to close wedge
