  • Feet within legs of chair
  • On balls of feet with contralateral foot forward
  • Knees slightly bent
  • Elbow of thrust hand kept to body
  • Pectoralis opposite contact hand against patient’s head
  • Rat hole created between contact point and stabilizing thumb
