  • Side posture
  • Involved side up with knee bent
  • On posterior of shoulder
  • On anterior 1/3 of table
  • Pronate more than 45°

 


SCP for PIL
Doctor's Stance
  • Straddle patient’s bent knee
  • DC’s hip to patient's hip
  • Weight on superior foot
  • Stabilize patient into the table
  • Back straight
  • Forearm in L.O.C.
  • Superior hand stabilizes over clavicle
  • Lean into body drop
  • Incorporate appropriate torque
