Patient Position
  • Prone
  • Headpiece down 15-20°
  • Feet up
  • Slightly extend patient’s chin
  • Head opposite contact
  • Relax shoulder

 


Roll in for Spinous Left
Thumb Move
Doctor's Stance
  • Side of SP laterality
  • Pivot inferior
  • Wide stance / Fencer stance
  • Close to table
  • Drop arm as patient turns head until 10-15° above level
  • Arm = to floor
  • Superior foot at level of SCP

 


Setup and Line of Correction
