  • Feet up
  • Slightly extend patient’s chin
  • Head opposite contact
  • Relax shoulder

  • Pivot inferior
  • Wide stance / Fencer stance
  • Close to table
  • Drop arm as patient turns head until 10-15° above level
  • Arm = to floor
  • Superior foot at level of SCP
