  • Feet up
  • Slightly hyperextend chin
  • Head opposite contact
  • Relax shoulder

  • Side of body rotation 
    opposite SP laterality
  • Pivot inferior
  • Wide stance/ Fencer stance
  • Close to table
  • Drop arm as patient turns head
  • Arm parallel to floor
  • Superior foot at level of SCP
